Your website looks fine. The problem is it doesn't work.
Most founders struggle to explain what they actually do. When in talks and meetings, it's clear, but the website? Outdated, vaque, broad. You can't meet every possible buyer, you need to put effort on your website.
People think decisions are logical. They’re not. A fuzzy website doesn't help.
Decisions are emotional shortcuts. People scan your headings for 8 seconds to decide if you’re for them. If they can’t tell, they go to a competitor. You can’t afford that.
Anyone can build your site.
Not everyone thinks about buyer psychology.
Today's website projects should be 20% building and 80% message and content. Any AI, company or freelancer can build your site. What makes a website actually work is clear messaging and a logical, safe flow to decisions.
People land on your site and get confused. They see jargon, messy structure, or generic copy that could be anyone's.
It works technically, but no one thought about how regular people actually read and decide.
Pretty design doesn't help if visitors leave without understanding what you do.
The site is clear and easy to navigate. People know where to go and what to do.
It highlights the most important things, so visitors see what matters right away.
It answers buyers' questions before they even ask them.
Buying is easy. No confusion, no dead ends, just a clear path to action.
Ways to work on your website
Pick what fits your situation right now: fast 8-second sprint, complete website project, or ongoing tweaks for key pages and campaigns.
8-second sprint – fix one critical page fast
Short, focused two-week project to make one chosen page actually work: homepage, pricing, product page or landing page. Good when you want proof that clearer structure and copy can move numbers before you invest in a full redesign.
- STEP 1: Find the biggest hurdle. We look at your chosen page like a first-time visitor and find the one thing that makes people hesitate. You see where people get stuck or confused and we agree on the single most important thing to fix first.
- STEP 2: Turn findings into a simple page plan. We turn what we found into a few concrete page options you can compare before choosing the winner. Together we decide what needs to change and compare design and copy choices to pick what works best.
- STEP 3: Make the main action feel easy. We map the main action you care about (demo, trial, contact or purchase) so the path from first click to done feels simple and safe.
- STEP 4: See how the edit improves the page. We look at light analytics and recordings and give you a clear handover plus what to watch during the first month.
Complete website project – from idea to live site
For when your current website is outdated, messy or no longer matches what you actually sell. Instead of patching the old one, we redraw the structure and build a new site around how people really decide.
- STEP 1: Make the big design choices. We look at examples, your audience and your messaging so we know what we are going after before any layout is fixed.
- STEP 2: Design and lock the homepage. We design the homepage layout and edits with you. You only pay anything once you are happy with the homepage design.
- STEP 3: Build the rest of the site. We create the remaining pages, sections, elements and content, and transfer old blogs or texts if you prefer to keep them.
- STEP 4: Connect, polish and publish. Links, meta texts, basic SEO, images, forms, cookie banners and all that. We publish to your domain so you have full access to everything. From here, you can either continue on your own, or have me working with you project based on future needs.
Ongoing website tweaks – keep key pages in shape
Continuous help for your most important pages and flows so the website keeps up with your product, offers and campaigns. Best when you already have a working site but tends to be a step behind what you are doing elsewhere.
- Pages where people actually decide: homepage, pricing, demo flows, FAQs, onboarding and instructions.
- Content that helps people compare options and understand how things work instead of adding noise.
- Structure and wording so both humans and AI understand what you do, for who and in which situations to recommend you.
- Small, continuous changes based on real behaviour from analytics, recordings and conversations.
What do you actually walk away with?

Continuous small wins instead of big resets
A simple way to keep improving in small steps based on real behaviour from analytics, recordings and conversations – not on random redesign urges.

Frequently Asked Questions
Nope! Anyone can build a website. I build websites that actually work by combining positioning (so people understand what you do), behavioral design (so people know what to do), and good design choices (so it doesn't suck). Most websites confuse people. I build ones that help people make decisions.
Not necessarily! If you've already done positioning work, great, we'll use that. If not, we'll figure out your positioning as part of the website planning process. Same with behavioral design, if you know your conversion problems, we'll address them. If not, we'll figure them out together. The whole point is doing this together, not in isolation.
Perfect! We can redesign it, restructure it, or rebuild it completely, whatever makes sense. Often the problem isn't that your website is ugly, it's that the structure is confusing or the messaging doesn't work. Sometimes we just need to fix those parts. Sometimes we need to start fresh. We'll figure that out together.
This work is 80% message and content, 20% building. I help you decide what each page should say, how it should be structured, and what people need to see in which order. Design and implementation follow from that – not the other way around.
You can either take over with your own team or continue together with ongoing website tweaks. After launch we can keep improving key pages and flows based on real behavior from analytics, recordings and conversations instead of waiting for the next big redesign.
